Are you an experienced Pensions Administrator ready to step into a senior role? Join one of the UK’s top Pension Consultancies and play a key part in delivering high-quality scheme administration services to a broad portfolio of clients.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a trusted team member, you’ll handle a variety of responsibilities that support scheme members and trustees alike:
*Manage and update member records with precision and care
*Process key member events such as retirements, deaths, early leavers, transfers, and quotations
*Act as a technical go-to for complex queries and non-standard cases
*Escalate technical issues where needed and collaborate with senior team members
*Prepare and check manual and computer-generated benefit calculations and communications
*Support and mentor junior colleagues by peer-reviewing their work for accuracy and compliance
*Attend trustee or client meetings, offering expert insight and guidance
*Stay on top of legislative and scheme-specific changes to keep your knowledge sharp
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous experience in a Pensions Administration role, ideally within a consultancy or third-party admin setting
*Strong knowledge of Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes
*Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex calculations
*Confident communicator who enjoys supporting team members and clients alike
*A proactive and collaborative approach to work
