*Producing annual accounts and ensuring accurate client records are maintained.
*Assisting with invoicing and monitoring outstanding payments.
*Building strong working relationships with clients, consultants and insurers.
*Maintaining high levels of accuracy whilst managing multiple deadlines.

The successful candidate will ideally possess:
*Previous experience within an administration or client support position.
*Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

*A proactive, positive and team-focused approach.

Previous experience within Financial Services, Insurance or Employee Benefits would be highly advantageous, particularly exposure to Group Life Assurance (GLA), Group Income Protection (GIP), Private Medical Insurance (PMI) or Workplace Pensions. However, candidates with strong administrative experience from other professional services backgrounds will also be considered.
In return, you’ll receive a competitive salary of up to £34,000, a discretionary bonus, flexible hybrid working (typically 2–3 days in the Stevenage office), generous pension contributions, private medical insurance, life assurance, income protection, study support, 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, additional Christmas office closure, flexible benefits and genuine opportunities for career progression within a highly successful and expanding organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Employee Benefits team where you’ll receive ongoing support, structured development and the chance to build a long-term career within a successful wealth management business.
