We’re delighted to be partnering with one of the UK’s leading property law firms as it continues its expansion following the successful launch of its Tunbridge Wells office.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Residential Property Lawyer to join a modern, forward-thinking firm renowned for delivering exceptional client service while investing in innovative conveyancing technology that enables its lawyers to work more efficiently.
You’ll become part of a collaborative and supportive team, with your own dedicated Paralegal providing 1:1 support, allowing you to focus on managing your caseload, building client relationships, and progressing your career.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, delivering a high standard of client care throughout the transaction.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage your own residential conveyancing files from instruction to post-completion.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders.
*Utilise market-leading conveyancing technology to deliver an efficient and seamless client experience.
*Ensure transactions progress smoothly while maintaining exceptional levels of service.
About You

*Licensed Conveyancers
*Chartered Legal Executives
To be successful, you’ll have experience managing residential conveyancing matters and be looking to develop your career within a progressive, technology-driven firm that genuinely values its people.
