The Opportunity
This is a practical, client-facing role where you’ll be involved in residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. Rather than providing purely administrative support, you’ll play an active role in managing transactions, developing your technical knowledge, and building the experience needed to progress your legal career.
Many of the firm’s solicitors and senior lawyers began their careers in this very team, making it an ideal environment for ambitious legal professionals looking to qualify.
About the Role
*Assist solicitors with a broad range of residential conveyancing transactions.
*Draft, prepare, and progress legal documentation.
*Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other legal professionals.
*Manage case files, monitor key deadlines, and support transactions through each stage of the process.
*Develop strong technical knowledge and commercial understanding of residential property law.
You’ll ideally have:
*At least 12 months’ experience within a residential conveyancing team.
*Experience handling residential sale matters from instruction to completion with appropriate supervision.
*Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
*A confident, professional communication style.
*The ability to work efficiently in a busy, office-based environment.
*A genuine ambition to build a long-term career in residential property law.
