What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:
*Registering and managing applicants
*Arranging and conducting property viewings
*Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
*Maintaining close contact with all parties throughout the sales process
*Meeting and exceeding personal and office sales targets
*Delivering excellent customer service at every stage
*Generating leads for valuations and mortgage referrals
*Representing the agency in a professional manner

*Significant previous experience in residential estate agency sales
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Highly organised and detail-oriented
*Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

*Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
