Full job descriptionWe’re looking for an AI Engineer to join a growing team focused on one thing: using artificial intelligence to make every part of the business smarter, faster and more effective.
This isn’t a customer product role. Instead, you’ll be developing the internal AI tools, automations and intelligent workflows that improve operational excellence across the consultancy. From streamlining business processes and enhancing decision making to building AI-powered assistants that support consultants and clients alike, your work will have a direct impact on how the business operates every day.
Working alongside AI Architects and Business Analysts, you’ll design, build and deploy scalable AI solutions using Microsoft Azure, Python and React, helping shape the future of an AI-first organisation.
What you’ll be doing*Building AI-powered internal applications and operational tools using Python and React.
*Designing intelligent workflows, agent-based solutions and prompt strategies to improve business processes.
*Developing cloud-native solutions across the Microsoft Azure platform.
*Integrating AI into existing systems through APIs and modern integration patterns.
*Collaborating with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to identify opportunities where AI can genuinely add value.
*Contributing to shared frameworks, reusable components and engineering best practice.
What we’re looking forYou’ll enjoy solving problems, questioning how things are done and using technology to improve the way people work.
Ideally, you’ll have experience with:
*Python software development.
*React or modern front-end frameworks.
*Microsoft Azure or another major cloud platform.
*APIs and systems integration.
*AI technologies such as LLMs, Azure OpenAI, prompt engineering or retrieval-based AI.
Commercial AI experience is welcome, but we’re equally interested in engineers who are actively building with AI outside of work and can demonstrate curiosity, initiative and a desire to learn.
