The Role
As a Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator, you will:
*Welcome buyers and vendors, delivering an exceptional customer experience
*Register applicants and match them with suitable properties
*Arrange and conduct property viewings
*Proactively market and promote newly listed properties
*Generate valuation opportunities and identify new business
*Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process
*Support the wider team in achieving branch targets and business objectives
Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator Requirements:
*Recent residential estate agency experience
*Excellent customer service and communication skills
*Ambitious, career-driven, and motivated to achieve results
*Hard-working with a proactive attitude
*Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also performing independently
*Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
*Full UK driving licence
