MPJ Recruitment is proud to be working with one of the North West’s leading repair management providers, delivering a seamless experience for customers and partners. As they continue to grow, they looking for a proactive Repair Supply Handler to join the Manchester team.
What you’ll do
*Manage repair claims to minimise delays and keep cases progressing.
*Liaise with repairers, engineers, recovery agents and salvage partners to meet service levels.
*Build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
*Maintain accurate claim records and ensure all actions are followed through.
*Work in line with FCA, GDPR and company compliance standards.
What we’re looking for
*Experience in insurance, motor claims, accident management or vehicle repairs is desirable.
*Excellent communication and organisational skills.
*Strong attention to detail and confidence managing multiple priorities.
*Good Excel and administrative skills.
*A proactive approach with the ability to work to targets and deadlines.
