Job Description:
Full job descriptionThe Transport Coordinator is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:
· Provide competitive pricing and transport solutions to clients that meets their needs
· Ensuring that awarded jobs and processed and followed through to completion
· Provide proactive updates to clients, resolving any issues that may arise
· Billing clients as per working SOPs
· Producing and completing all necessary paperwork, such as pre-alerts, CMRs
· Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth running of transport service
· Ensure job files are processed and completed within the TMS
· Load planning for both domestic and international trailers
