An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and highly respected independent estate agency in North London as a Lettings Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator, Assistant Lettings Manager or Lettings Manager looking to take ownership of a successful office, lead a high-performing team and continue building a strong market presence.
The Role
As Lettings Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving business growth, winning new instructions, leading and motivating your team, and ensuring exceptional service is delivered to landlords and tenants throughout the lettings process.
Key Responsibilities
*Leading and motivating the lettings team to exceed targets
*Winning new business through valuations and market appraisals
*Growing the managed portfolio and increasing market share
*Coaching and developing negotiators to maximise performance
*Conducting market appraisals and securing new instructions
*Negotiating offers and supporting complex deals
*Building long-term relationships with landlords, tenants and local businesses
*Monitoring branch performance and delivering against KPIs
*Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation
*Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the lettings journey
About You
*Previous experience as a Lettings Manager, Assistant Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator
*Proven track record of winning instructions and generating new business
*Strong leadership and coaching skills
*Commercially driven with excellent negotiation abilities
*Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
*Target-driven with a positive and proactive approach
*Full UK Driving Licence essential
