Job Description:
Full job descriptionA public sector organisation based in Stratford is seeking a Junior Marketing and Brand Asset Coordinator to join the Marketing team and play a key role in organising and enhancing the image library for the world-famous Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park (QEOP).
This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring marketing professional who has a keen eye for detail, enjoys working with digital content, and wants hands-on experience within a busy marketing and communications environment.
This is an initial 5-week contract that will be part time (3 days per week) with hybrid working available (1 day per week in the office in Stratford), the daily rate is up to £165.06 per day via an Umbrella company or PAYE rates also available and you will be paid on a weekly basis.
The Role
Working closely with the Brand Marketing Executive and wider Marketing & Communications team, you will be responsible for reviewing, organising and maintaining the Park’s image library, ensuring it remains an effective, accessible resource that supports communications, campaigns, and brand activity across the organisation.
You’ll help create a sustainable system for managing photography assets while supporting wider branding and communications objectives.
Key Responsibilities
*Review and organise existing image assets
*Ensure imagery is correctly categorised, tagged, and credited where applicable
*Source and collate photography from teams across the organisation
*Improve the accessibility and usability of brand assets for internal stakeholders
*Develop and implement efficient processes for image management and retrieval
*Create a sustainable approach for maintaining the image library moving forward
*Support the wider Marketing and Communications team with brand asset coordination tasks
About You
We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to develop their marketing experience.
Essential Skills & Experience
*Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
*Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
*An interest in marketing, branding, communications, or digital content management
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*A creative mindset with a passion for visual content and brand consistency
*Good administrative and coordination skills
*Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different teams
*Willingness to learn and take on feedback constructively
Desirable
*Previous marketing, communications, administration, or content coordination experience
*Experience working with image libraries, digital asset management systems, or content databases
*Interest in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and East London communities
