Are you an experienced Financial Advisor looking for a home-based role with an existing client bank and excellent earning potential?
We’re recruiting on behalf of a reputable Independent Financial Advice (IFA) firm seeking a qualified Financial Advisor to join their team, servicing clients across the Solihull area. This is an excellent opportunity to focus on delivering high-quality financial advice without the pressure of generating your own leads.
The Role
As a Financial Advisor, you will:
*Manage and develop an existing client bank, delivering ongoing financial advice and support
*Provide tailored financial planning solutions based on individual client objectives
*Conduct client meetings and manage your own diary efficiently
*Build long-term relationships through exceptional client service
*Research financial products and recommend suitable solutions from a range of providers
*Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow client relationships
*Maintain accurate records and ensure full compliance with FCA regulations
*Work closely with paraplanning and administration teams to deliver a seamless client experience
Financial Advisor Requirements:
*Previous experience as a Financial Advisor is essential
*Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) as a minimum
*Strong client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional advice
*Experience managing an existing client bank
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*Organised with the ability to manage your own workload effectively
*Strong understanding of financial products, regulation, and compliance

*Basic salary of £50,000
*Realistic OTE of £70,000–£80,000 with uncapped bonus potential
