Hours: Full-time or Part-time Available (e.g. 40 hours over 4 days)

Are you passionate about helping young children learn, grow, and flourish?
We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Educator / Nursery Practitioner to join our welcoming nursery team in Tewkesbury. Whether you’re an experienced practitioner or have recently gained your qualification, we’d love to hear from you.
Working within a supportive and nurturing environment, you’ll play a key role in providing outstanding care and education for children aged 0–5 years, helping them develop confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning.
Your Responsibilities
Supporting Children’s Learning
*Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
*Encourage learning through play and exploration
*Support children’s social, emotional, and physical development
Building Positive Relationships
*Act as a key person for a group of children
*Develop strong partnerships with parents and carers
*Observe and record children’s progress and achievements
Providing Outstanding Care
*Maintain high standards of safeguarding and wellbeing
*Ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
*Follow nursery policies and procedures at all times
Working as Part of a Team
*Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional childcare
*Attend training and staff meetings
*Contribute ideas to help enhance the nursery environment
What We’re Looking For
*Level 3 Early Years Qualification (CACHE, NVQ, Diploma, or equivalent)
*A genuine passion for working with children
*Knowledge of the EYFS framework
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
*Newly qualified candidates are encouraged to apply
