Job Description:
Full job descriptionCMC Consulting are working with an industry leading, global FMCG business with an extensive portfolio of well-known consumer brands sold across international markets.
They are now looking for an experienced Credit Controller to take ownership of incoming transactions, while using their expertise to build strong client relationships and thrive within the role.
Key responsibilities:
*Managing the full debt collection process, ensuring payments are collected professionally and within agreed timeframes
*Liaising with clients via phone and email to secure timely payment and meet collection targets
*Maintaining and reconciling the sales ledger, ensuring accuracy of customer accounts and timely allocation of cash receipts
*Raising and issuing accurate customer invoices, resolving billing queries and discrepancies in a timely manner
*Responding to queries from customers and account managers within team SLAs
*Processing debt write-offs once approval has been obtained from department heads
*Supporting with ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Credit Control Team Lead
Desired experience:
*Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Credit Control function
*Experience with billing and sales ledger management
*Experience working with multi-currency transactions
