Your Role and Responsibilities:
While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:
*Developing and delivering the organisation’s transformation strategy, ensuring it aligns with wider business objectives
*Leading a portfolio of strategic change initiatives across operational, digital and business functions
*Partnering with executive stakeholders to define priorities, drive organisational change and support business growth
*Overseeing the successful delivery of complex transformation programmes, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to agreed objectives
*Championing effective change management practices, ensuring colleagues are engaged and supported throughout periods of transformation
*Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders to influence decision-making and secure programme buy-in
*Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency through process optimisation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives
*Monitoring programme performance, reporting on progress, risks, budgets and the delivery of measurable business benefits
*Managing transformation budgets and ensuring strong governance, financial control and return on investment
*Leading, mentoring and developing multidisciplinary programme, project and change teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
*Establishing governance frameworks, programme controls and best practice methodologies across the transformation function
*Supporting the wider leadership team with strategic planning, organisational development and continuous improvement initiatives
What you will need to Apply:
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates should have extensive experience leading large-scale business transformation programmes within complex organisations. You should have a demonstrable track record of successfully delivering strategic change across digital, operational or organisational functions while working closely with executive leadership teams.
Applicants should possess exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at board and executive level while building strong relationships across all areas of the business. Previous experience leading high-performing programme or transformation teams and embedding lasting organisational change will be essential.
Candidates should have strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing significant programme budgets, developing business cases and demonstrating measurable return on investment. Experience of recognised programme and project methodologies such as MSP, PRINCE2 or similar, alongside continuous improvement frameworks including Lean or Six Sigma, would be highly advantageous.
The successful individual will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of balancing long-term vision with operational delivery in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
