Basic Salary: £25 000 (Depending on Experience)
OTE: £30,000 - £33,000+ (Uncapped)

A brilliant opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a winning team and multi-branch Estate Agency in Solihull
Responsibilities for this Sales Negotiator role will include:
*Market Appraisal generation
*Registering and assisting purchasers with viewings
*Maintaining close seller relationships and providing feedback
*Assisting the progress of the sales pipeline
*Engaging and referring customers to other agency departments
Skills & Experience for this Sales Negotiator role:
*Competent across all aspects of core estate agency
*Comfortable working with targets
*Enjoy working with autonomy as well being part of a larger team
*Drive and ambition to ’add value’

Hours are 9 - 5.30 weekdays with Saturdays on a rota basis for which a day in lieu in the week will be given. Saturday hours 9am – 4pm
