Location: Redditch
Basic Salary: Up to £33,000 (depending on experience)
OTE: £40,000+
Hours: 9:00am – 5:50pm Monday to Friday


A market leading independent estate agent is looking for an experienced Sales Progressor to join their busy team in their office based in Redditch.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on seeing sales through to completion and enjoys building strong relationships with buyers, vendors, solicitors and mortgage brokers. You will be joining a fun and energetic team with scope to make the role your own and be encouraged and supported to progress your career within this well-established and highly regarded agency.


Responsibilities:
*Progressing residential property sales from offer agreed through to completion
*Liaising with buyers, vendors, solicitors, mortgage brokers and surveyors
*Proactively managing and resolving issues to keep transactions moving
*Providing regular updates to all parties throughout the sales process
*Building strong relationships with clients while delivering exceptional customer service
*Working closely with the sales team to help maximize successful completions
Skills & Experience
*Previous experience as a Sales Progressor is preferred
*Excellent communication and organizational skills
*Ability to manage a busy pipeline of sales
*Well-presented and professional
*Proactive with a positive, can-do attitude
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
