A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Insurance Litigation Solicitor to join a well-established Glasgow defendant litigation team as a Senior Associate.
This role offers a varied caseload of employers’ liability, public liability, motor and disease claims, alongside opportunities to work on more complex matters and support the development of junior colleagues.

The role
*Manage a caseload of EL/PL, motor and disease claims
*Handle litigated and pre-litigated matters
*Advise insurer, public sector and commercial clients
*Conduct liability investigations and prepare reports
*Support client relationships and business development initiatives
*Mentor and supervise junior team members
About you
*5+ years’ PQE in insurance litigation
*Experience defending EL/PL claims
*Confident managing your own caseload
*Familiar with Scottish court procedures
*Communication and organisational skills
*Enjoys working collaboratively and supporting junior colleagues
