We are partnering with a leading international professional services firm to recruit an experienced International Business Development Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded BD professional to work closely with senior stakeholders, helping shape market strategy, drive revenue growth, and enhance the firm’s international profile.
The Opportunity
As a trusted advisor to partners and leadership teams, you’ll lead a broad range of business development initiatives across international markets, supporting high-profile client relationships, strategic growth plans, pitches, events, and market-facing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
*Develop and execute strategic business development plans to support growth objectives.
*Lead client pitches, proposals and RFP submissions.
*Partner with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, strengthen client relationships and generate new business.
*Deliver market research, competitor intelligence and client insights.
*Manage international events, sponsorships and profile-raising initiatives.
*Oversee marketing collateral, directory submissions, website content and communications activity.
*Mentor and develop junior team members.
About You
*7+ years’ business development or marketing experience within a law firm or professional services environment.
*Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing at partner level.
*Strong pitch, proposal and project management expertise.
*Excellent written communication, research and analytical skills.
*Confident, proactive and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
*Previous team leadership or mentoring experience is advantageous.
