Working a Panama Days & Nights shift pattern, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of production equipment, ensuring maximum machine uptime and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Non Negotiable Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer*Recognised Engineering Qualification
*Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer within a manufacturing, production or FMCG environment
*Ability to work Panama Days & Nights
*Strong fault-finding skills on production machinery
Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer*Electrical or Multi-Skilled maintenance background
*Experience carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
*Reactive breakdown maintenance experience
*Ability to read engineering drawings and electrical schematics
*Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance
*Good communication skills and ability to work within a team
Desirable Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer*PLC fault-finding experience
*Continuous Improvement experience
*CMMS experience
*Experience within automated manufacturing environments
