Our client, a leading specialist in bespoke joinery and precision manufacturing, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. The Role
As Project Manager, you’ll oversee multiple bespoke interior projects from design handover through manufacturing, installation, and final completion. You’ll work closely with designers, workshop teams, installers, contractors, and clients to ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage bespoke joinery and interior fit-out projects from concept through to installation
*Coordinate manufacturing schedules and production workflows
*Interpret technical drawings and specifications using SolidWorks or similar software
*Liaise with clients, designers, contractors, and internal teams throughout project lifecycles
*Lead workshop and installation teams to achieve outstanding quality standards
*Plan resources, procure materials, and manage project timelines
*Conduct site visits across London, the Southeast, and occasionally nationwide
*Proactively resolve technical, logistical, and installation challenges
*Monitor budgets, quality standards, and project performance
*Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and schedules
*Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety regulations
About You
We’re keen to hear from candidates with:
*Proven project management experience within bespoke joinery, cabinetry, shopfitting, or luxury interiors
*A background in carpentry, joinery manufacturing, or specialist woodworking
*Strong understanding of production processes, technical drawings, and installation management
*Experience using SolidWorks or similar technical design software
*Excellent organisational and planning skills
*The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
*Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
*A proactive, solutions-driven approach with exceptional attention to detail
*A full UK driving licence (preferred)
