Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Estate Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-end residential estate, ensuring the highest standards of service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
*Oversee the full operational management of the estate, ensuring the highest standards of presentation, safety, and service are consistently maintained
*Act as the primary point of contact for residents, handling queries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and discretion
*Manage service charge budgets, monitor expenditure, and ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality
*Coordinate and oversee contractors and service providers, ensuring all works meet agreed standards and compliance requirements
*Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations, risk assessments, and statutory obligations
*Conduct regular inspections of the estate to maintain exceptional standards across all communal areas and facilities
*Support resident engagement initiatives and foster a strong sense of community
*Work closely with property developers, managing agents, and stakeholders to uphold the reputation of the development
Requirements
*Proven experience in residential estate management
*Strong leadership and team management skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
*Solid understanding of service charge budgeting and financial management
*Thorough knowledge of UK health & safety and property management regulations
*Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
*A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills
*Professional, polished, and customer-service driven
