Are you highly organised, detail-focused and looking to build your career within a thriving international business?

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Finance Administrator to join a successful and growing organisation operating within the fast-paced world of international logistics.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration experience who enjoys working with numbers, data, and processes.

Please note, this is not an accountancy role – it is an administration-focused position supporting a busy finance department across both purchase and sales ledger functions.

Key Responsibilities

Working as part of a supportive finance team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring financial information is processed accurately and efficiently.

Duties will include:

*Processing high volumes of supplier invoices
*Reconciling supplier statements and preparing payment information
*Raising sales invoices and inputting charges
*Checking contract numbers against agreed rates
*Investigating invoice and job discrepancies, resolving queries promptly
*Maintaining finance databases and ensuring records remain accurate
*Working with currency exchange rates and rate validity periods
*Liaising professionally with colleagues, suppliers, and customers
*Supporting wider finance administration duties as required
*Building strong working relationships across the business

Full training will be provided on industry-specific processes, including Incoterms.

Skills & Experience Required

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll have:

*Previous office administration experience (minimum two years preferred)
*Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
*Outstanding attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
*Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Confidence working with data and resolving discrepancies
*The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
*GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above)

Experience within logistics or freight forwarding would be advantageous but is by no means essential.

What is in it for you

*Profit sharing scheme
*Company pension
*Additional annual leave
*Health & wellbeing programme
*Casual dress
*Free on-site parking
*Sick pay
*The opportunity to join a market-leading business with genuine career development opportunities
