We’ve got some fantastic news! Following the award of a new supply contract with one of Cannock’s largest secondary academies, Aspire People is looking to recruit reliable, enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join our growing team.
If you’re based in Cannock and are looking for flexible work in education, this is an excellent opportunity to secure regular work close to home.
What does a Cover Supervisor do?
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher, manage behaviour, ensure students remain on task, and create a positive learning environment. No lesson planning or marking is required.
This role is perfect for:
Graduates considering a career in teaching
Experienced Cover Supervisors
Teaching Assistants ready for the next step
Sports coaches, youth workers or instructors with experience working with young people
Anyone with strong behaviour management and confidence leading a classroom
