The Role*Providing one-to-one and small group support for pupils with a range of learning needs.
*Encouraging children to build confidence, independence, and resilience.
*Assisting the class teacher with delivering engaging and accessible learning activities.
*Supporting pupils’ emotional wellbeing and promoting positive behaviour.
*Working collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals to ensure every child receives the support they need.
