We’re looking for an AI Specialist / Generative AI Developer to help deliver AI solutions that improve productivity, automation and innovation across the business. Working within the Digital Innovation team, you’ll design, build and support AI-powered tools using technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio and the Power Platform
What You’ll Do*Develop and deploy AI-powered business solutions.
*Build Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio agents.
*Work with stakeholders to identify and deliver AI use cases.
*Support AI governance, security and compliance requirements.
*Create user guidance and training materials.
*Troubleshoot and continuously improve deployed solutions.
What We’re Looking For*Experience in AI, automation, analytics or technology solutions.
*Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents and prompt engineering.
*Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform or similar technologies.
*Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
*Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
Desirable*Azure AI Services or Azure OpenAI experience.
*Power Automate knowledge.
*Python, SQL or API integration experience.
*Microsoft AI, Azure or Power Platform certifications
