The opportunity
With one of the largest dedicated real estate teams in the market, the firm is known for delivering high-quality advice across the full real estate lifecycle.
The new hire will gain exposure to a diverse client base, including UK and international asset managers, developers, and major occupiers across sectors such as retail, office, industrial, media, and professional services.
The role will involve:
*Supporting a key housing association client, providing day-to-day commercial real estate advice
*Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial and residential property
*Assisting with mixed-use and residential development projects
*Handling commercial landlord and tenant matters, including leases and asset management work
*Working closely with colleagues across the wider Real Estate practice on complex and high-value transactions
Required
*UK qualified Solicitor with NQ - 3 years’ PQE
*Experience gained within a recognised commercial real estate team at a City, regional or national law firm
*Must have experience in mixed used residential development and commercial lettings
*Experience advising housing association or social housing clients is advantageous
