Excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technician looking to join an award winning new build Developer working on their high quality induvial homes within the North West region.

Are an Architectural Technician with residential experience? Are you looking to join a high end luxury housebuilder? Do you want to join a company who offer career development and progression?

This well-established house builder are based in Deeside and have luxury new build developments across a number of surrounding locations. They complete extremely high quality work, ranging from affordable one bed properties to luxury five bed houses. They pride themselves on delivering high quality homes to their customers and have been recognised for their achievements in the residential construction industry. They are currently in a period of growth, with a large number of projects coming up so are now looking for an ambitious Architectural Technician to progress with the company.

In this role you will be collating and organising all technical information and drawings, working closely alongside the team. All the projects you will be working on will be within the residential sector. You will work closely with other Architects and Designers to ensure a smooth and efficient process. You will prepare and design proposals predominantly using AutoCAD

This varied and exciting role would therefore suit someone who has Architectural experience, with a background in the construction industry. You will have strong technical abilities, with excellent skill using AutoCAD. You will be someone who has a passion for the construction industry, have a good eye for detail and a proactive attitude.
