We’re looking for an experienced Third Line Infrastructure Engineer to join a busy IT Operations team.
Key Responsibilities*Provide third-line support across server, cloud, network and infrastructure environments.
*Support and maintain Microsoft Azure and Active Directory.
*Troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver infrastructure improvements.
*Develop automation using PowerShell where appropriate.
*Support backup solutions such as Veeam or Arcserve.
*Work closely with internal teams and third-party suppliers.
*Ensure infrastructure remains secure, resilient and compliant.
*Participate in an out-of-hours support rota.
About YouYou’ll have experience supporting enterprise infrastructure and be confident working across cloud, networking and server technologies.
Essential Skills:
*Microsoft Azure
*Active Directory
*Networking knowledge
*PowerShell scripting
*Backup technologies (Veeam or Arcserve)
*Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
*Customer-focused approach
Desirable:
*AWS
*Cisco AnyConnect
*Microsoft Autopilot
*Automation/DevOps
*ITIL Foundation
*Experience within a regulated environment
