We’re recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join one of the largest independent estate agencies in the area, renowned for its excellent training programmes, internal progression opportunities, and supportive team environment.

The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will:
*Proactively contact potential clients to build relationships and generate new business opportunities
*Conduct engaging property viewings, showcasing homes effectively and supporting successful offers
*Register and qualify applicants, matching buyers with suitable properties
*Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors to achieve successful outcomes
*Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sales process
*Attend team meetings and contribute towards branch goals and performance
*Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
*Maintain a professional and energetic approach across all client interactions
Sales Negotiator Requirements:
*Previous estate agency experience preferred
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*Confident, resilient, and self-motivated approach
*Positive attitude with a strong desire to succeed
*Ability to work towards targets in a fast-paced environment
*Professional and customer-focused mindset
*Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Working Hours
*Five-day working pattern
*Some Saturdays required (not every Saturday)
