We’re recruiting on behalf of a successful estate agency seeking an ambitious Lettings Manager to lead their Croydon office.

The Role
As a Lettings Manager, you will:
*Lead the day-to-day performance of the lettings department, driving profitability and branch growth
*Deliver exceptional lettings advice and customer service to landlords and tenants
*Identify and convert new business opportunities to increase market share
*Carry out market appraisals and advise landlords on effective pricing and marketing strategies
*Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, applicants, and key stakeholders
*Coach, mentor, and motivate your team through regular support and performance management
*Stay up to date with market trends and lettings legislation, providing expert advice to clients
*Work collaboratively with the wider branch to achieve business objectives and continued success
Lettings Manager Requirements:
*Previous residential lettings experience, ideally at management level
*Proven ability to generate new business and grow market share
*Strong leadership and people management skills
*Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
*Self-motivated, commercially minded, and target-driven
*Knowledge of the Croydon property market would be advantageous
*Full UK driving licence preferred
