Experienced in residential property management and looking to join a well-established independent estate agency?
We’re recruiting for a Property Manager to join a leading independent estate agency with a strong presence in Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a respected, growing business known for its professional standards, collaborative culture, and commitment to local expertise.
This role would suit a confident and organised property professional who enjoys managing a portfolio, building strong client relationships, and delivering a high level of service within a busy lettings and property management environment.
The Role
As a Property Manager, you will:
*Oversee a portfolio of residential properties using internal systems and software
*Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and ensure full regulatory compliance across all properties
*Carry out regular property inspections and site visits to maintain standards
*Act as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, leaseholders, and contractors
*Keep clients informed on legal responsibilities and changes in tenancy legislation
*Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with all stakeholders
Property Manager Requirements:
*Previous experience in Property Management or Lettings
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional approach
*Ability to manage a varied portfolio and coordinate multiple contractors
*ARLA or NFOPP qualification (desirable but not essential)
*Full UK driving licence
*Knowledge of the Tunbridge Wells / Tonbridge area beneficial
