Join Our Team
We are seeking a compassionate, organised, and proactive Receptionists to become the welcoming face of our family owned rehabilitation centre. This is a varied and rewarding role that combines exceptional customer service with administrative support, client coordination, and operational assistance.
As the first point of contact for clients, families, healthcare professionals, and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a warm, professional, and supportive environment while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the centre. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
*Welcome clients, visitors, and healthcare professionals with professionalism, empathy, and discretion.
*Answer and manage telephone calls, emails, and enquiries promptly and efficiently.
*Schedule appointments.
*Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation is completed and securely managed.
*Process invoices, payments, and basic financial administration where required.
*Order office supplies and monitor stock levels.
*General administrative tasks.
*Maintain confidentiality and comply with GDPR and organisational policies at all times.

Essential Requirements
*Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
*Strong organisational and time management abilities.
*Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
*Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Desirable
*Experience working within healthcare, rehabilitation, mental health, social care, or a clinical environment.
*Knowledge of patient management or electronic record systems.
*Experience with appointment scheduling and admissions processes.
*Understanding of GDPR and confidentiality requirements.
