Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to join an established business in the Bolney area on a permanent basis.
This is a great role for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the team in an entry-level role. This position is ideal for someone with strong numerical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a variety of accounting tasks, receive support and training from experienced professionals, and develop the skills needed to build a successful career in finance.
Your duties will include:
*Processing and coding supplier invoices
*Inputting invoices to sage
*Set up multi-currency payment runs
*Assist with accruals report
*Liaise with suppliers with invoice queries
*Supplier statement reconciliations
*Ad-hoc duties in the accounts department
Key requirements:
*You must be a car driver
*Understanding of Microsoft Outlook and basic understanding of Excel
*Confident computer skills
