Role Overview
The Regional Partnership Manager will report directly to England Partnership Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
*Represent the organisation with various external stakeholders across private, public, and third sectors.
*Own the development and implementation of the engagement strategy and business plan for the region.
*Drive increased traffic and engagement with our guidance and services to support improved business and customer outcomes, especially for those most in need.
*Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that regional delivery aligns with the overall business strategy and objectives.
*Plan and deliver forums and events, manage communications and external affairs for the region to facilitate cross-sector collaboration and improve customer access to help and support.
*Share strategic approaches and good practices related to debt, money, and pensions advice with external stakeholders.
*Identify and manage reputation within the region.
*Engage with employers to explore and deliver propositions that help employees manage their finances better.
*Foster collaboration between organisations in the region to maximise impact for those needing support, guidance, and advice.
*Support marketing campaigns and conduct local media interviews where applicable.
*Share insights and trends from external interactions to shape future strategies.
