Full job descriptionSEND Keyworker£300-£320 per day | Fully Remote | Local Authority Contract
We’re working with a local authority seeking an experienced professional to manage a caseload of children and young people with EHCPs, ensuring statutory timescales are met while delivering a person-centred, outcomes-focused service.
Key responsibilities:
*Manage SEND assessments and Education, Health & Care Plans (EHCPs)
*Coordinate multi-agency assessments and annual reviews
*Act as the main point of contact for families, schools and education providers
*Chair meetings and work collaboratively with professionals to secure the best outcomes
*Support placement planning and provide advice on SEND processes and legislation
What we’re looking for:
*Proven experience managing EHCPs within a local authority
*Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and statutory processes
*Post 16 experience within a Local Authority
Contract Details:
*£300-£320 per day
*Fully remote working
*Immediate start available
*Ongoing contract
