Full-Time | September 2026 Start | Ongoing Position
Aspire People are currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Selly Oak, Birmingham. This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity starting on 1st September 2026, making it ideal for an experienced teacher or an enthusiastic ECT looking to secure a long-term role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons to a Year 3 class, creating a positive learning environment and helping pupils achieve their full potential.
The Role:
* Full-time Year 3 class teacher
* Start date: **1st September 2026**
* Ongoing long-term position
* Planning, preparation and assessment responsibilities
* Creating an inclusive and engaging classroom environment
* Working collaboratively with a supportive leadership team and staff
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Have recent experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3
* Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
* Be committed to raising standards and supporting pupil progress
* Have excellent communication and organisational skills
* Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one)
