Are you an experienced Account Manager with a background in SaaS and a passion for building long-term client relationships?

The Role*Manage and grow a portfolio of SaaS customer accounts.
*Identify upselling, cross-selling, and account growth opportunities.
*Build strong client relationships and deliver tailored software solutions.
*Maintain CRM records and achieve commercial targets.
The Person*Proven Account Management or Customer Success experience within a SaaS business.
*Construction / Building Services background
*Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
*Customer-focused with experience growing existing accounts.
*Organised, proactive, and driven to achieve targets.
