This is a 6 months temporary role to promote and operate Japanese cultures and cultural events.


Job description:
*Creating the documents such as programs and questionnaires for the events
*Visitor management prior to the event (collecting online data, contacting VIPs)
*Distribution of materials at the event venue, visitor support, and other operational assistance
*Business marketing and public relations (including creation of electronic flyers)
*Compiling survey results
*General administrative tasks such as sending out materials
*Assisting with external stakeholders


Requirements:
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office tasks such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
*Ability to perform detailed work
*Ability to communicate smoothly with internal and external stakeholders
*Interest in Japanese culture and the arts
*Native-level English proficiency (ability to write in English without proofreading)
*Proficiency in using social media, some level of Photoshop image editing skills, or experience in image creation similar to Photoshop
*Japanese language skills are a plus


Conditions:
*Salary - £27,000 per annum (pro rata)
*Location – West London
*Working hour – 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
*Duration – from September 2026 to March 2027
