If you have experience of conveyancing in a Legal Secretary role and are available immediately, this is an excellent opportunity use your skills in a temporary position paying weekly, while keeping your skills sharp as you support a busy Conveyancing team.
You will play an important role supporting fee earners and ensuring the smooth running of the department.
Your duties will include:
*Drafting documents and correspondence from written and audio notes
*Handling incoming emails and enquiries in a professional manner
*Opening, closing, and maintaining client files
*Scheduling meetings and appointments on behalf of fee earners
*Ad hoc administrative tasks such as filing and scanning of documents
To be successful in this position, you should have:
*Strong experience in a Legal Secretary position
*Good computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems if required
*Attention to detail and focus on accuracy
*The ability to prioritise workloads
*Good communication skills, and confidence in speaking with clients
*A professional manner
