As the team continues to grow, they are looking to add an Analyst to support investment activities across their real estate platform. What the job involves
*Support portfolio management and investment reporting
*Assist with underwriting funds, co-investments and direct assets
*Analyse financial models and due diligence findings
*Work closely with investment teams, managers and advisers
Who we are looking for *Experience in real estate, investment management, advisory or a related field
*Exposure to investment underwriting, portfolio monitoring or financial modelling
*Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with advanced Excel proficiency
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in real estate investing
