We are seeking a Contracts Administrator to manage the preparation, review, negotiation, and administration of government, commercial, and international contracts. The role ensures contractual compliance, supports programme delivery, and mitigates commercial risk within a regulated aerospace and defence environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage the full contract lifecycle from proposal to closeout.
*Prepare, review, negotiate, and administer contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, and amendments.
*Ensure compliance with UK, US, and international government regulations.
*Interpret contract terms and provide commercial guidance to internal stakeholders.
*Track contract deliverables, milestones, funding, and reporting requirements.
*Identify contractual risks and support mitigation strategies.
*Partner with Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, and Programme teams to resolve contract issues.
*Support RFP/RFQ reviews and subcontract administration.
Required Experience
*Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
*3–7+ years’ contract administration experience in Aerospace & Defence.
*Experience supporting government and commercial aerospace contracts.
*Strong knowledge of contract management principles and regulatory compliance.
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
