Key Responsibilities
*Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of SEN pupils.
*Support students with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties.
*Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment.
*Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and wider school staff.
*Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies where necessary.
*Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies to support student development.
The Ideal Candidate
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
*Previous experience working with pupils with special educational needs.
*Strong understanding of SEN strategies and effective behaviour management.
*Patient, adaptable, and committed to helping every child succeed.
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
*A genuine passion for supporting and inspiring young people.
