Full job descriptionLearning & Development Coordinator
Our elite US law firm client is looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to guide and support learning and development initiatives for lawyers and business services professionals across the firm’s European and Asia Pacific offices.
*Salary to £48,000
*Tremendously generous employee benefits

*Hybrid working – 4 days in the office / 1 day remote

Key Responsibilities of the Learning & Development Coordinator:
*Assist with the coordination of training programmes and professional development initiatives for lawyers and business professionals in Europe and APAC
*Support the organisation and implementation of the London Trainee Orientation Programme, and Trainee Skills Development Programme
*Manage programme and meeting logistics including recruiting presents, scheduling sessions, coordinating room set-up etc.
*Monitor and track SRA training records for Trainee Solicitors
*Maintain Continuing Competence compliance records for all England & Wales Solicitors and Registered Foreign Lawyers
*Monitor and support compliance with all applicable continuing professional education requirements for lawyers in Europe and APAC
*Solicit and analyse feedback and data for firmwide conferences, local and regional programmes, and professional development initiatives
Skills & Requirements of the Learning & Development Coordinator:
*Experience in a Learning & Development or HR environment within a law firm
*Adept in coordinating lawyer or business services training and/or professional development programs and initiatives
*Proven experience working as part of a global team, including across time zones
*Experience working with a global learning management
*Knowledge of continuing professional education rules and procedures
