A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a growing organisation in a true generalist role, reporting directly to the CEO.
Supporting multiple sites across East Anglia, you will partner closely with operational leaders to provide expert HR guidance across employee relations, performance management, organisational development, engagement and change initiatives. This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in driving the wider people strategy while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice.
Key Responsibilities*Managing complex employee relations cases from start to finish, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters.
*Partnering with managers to deliver practical HR solutions that support business objectives.
*Leading and contributing to people-focused projects, including talent development, succession planning and employee engagement initiatives.
*Supporting organisational change and continuous improvement across the business.
*Ensuring HR policies and procedures are applied consistently across all sites.
*Using HR data and insights to support decision-making and drive positive outcomes.
About You*CIPD Level 5 qualified as a minimum (Level 7 desirable).
*Proven experience in a Business Partner or Senior HR Advisory role.
*Strong employee relations knowledge and up-to-date understanding of UK employment law.
*Previous experience supporting multiple sites is essential.
*Confident influencing and building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
*A proactive, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach.
Additional Information*Salary up to £55,000 per annum
*Fully office-based in Basildon
*Travel to sites across East Anglia approximately twice per month
*Reporting directly to the CEO
