What You’ll Be Doing:
*Learning how to become a professional recruiter with full support and training
*Building relationships with clients and candidates in the IT sector
*Managing the full recruitment process (sourcing, interviews, offers)
*Hitting goals and earning uncapped commission
*Collaborating with a close-knit team that celebrates wins together
What You’ll Learn:
*How to network and negotiate with senior decision-makers
*The secrets to building a high-performing desk
*Time and pipeline management
*High-level communication and business development skills
Realistic Year 1 earnings: £30,000+ (OTE)
*Monthly commission up to 30% at senior level.
*Clear progression path: pay rises, promotions, leadership opportunities
*Annual salary reviews
