Location: Exeter
Salary: £34-40,000

Key Responsibilities*Prepare detailed technical drawings and construction packages using Revit.
*Develop and coordinate technical design information across all RIBA work stages.
*Ensure compliance with current UK Building Regulations, planning requirements, and relevant legislation.
*Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders throughout project delivery.
*Coordinate information across multidisciplinary design teams.
*Produce specifications, schedules, and supporting technical documentation.
*Attend client meetings and site visits as required.
*Resolve technical and construction-related queries during project delivery.
*Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail across all work.
Candidate Requirements*Degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
*Relevant UK architectural practice experience.
*Proficiency in Revit is essential.
*Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.
*Experience producing technical packages for planning and construction.
*Excellent communication and organisational skills.
*Ability to manage workload effectively and work to project deadlines.
*A collaborative approach with the confidence to work independently when required.
*CIAT membership or aspirations towards chartership would be advantageous.
