The Role
As an IFA Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting Financial Planners and technical staff, working closely with clients to ensure a seamless and professional service. This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are the same.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Supporting Financial Planners with the preparation and processing of client recommendations
*Managing client communications and maintaining strong relationships
*Preparing documentation for meetings and liaising with providers
*Ensuring all administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently
*Working closely with technical staff to deliver high-quality client outcomes
About You
*Previous experience as an IFA Administrator is highly desirable
*Alternatively, strong experience within financial services with excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in financial planning
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Professional, personable, and client-focused
*A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
What’s on Offer
*Basic salary up to £32,000 (with flexibility for the right individual)
*25 days holiday plus bank holidays
*Early finish on Fridays – 12:30pm
