An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and growing independent estate agency in Gillingham as a Sales & Lettings Negotiator.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and motivated property professional looking to develop their career within both residential sales and lettings. You’ll join a friendly, supportive team with excellent earning potential and genuine opportunities for progression.

The Role
As a Sales & Lettings Negotiator, you’ll be responsible for generating new business, conducting viewings, negotiating offers and delivering an outstanding customer experience across both the sales and lettings departments.

Key Responsibilities
Registering and qualifying buyers and tenants
Conducting property viewings
Negotiating sales and tenancy offers
Generating new business through canvassing, prospecting and referrals
Building strong relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers and tenants
Conducting market appraisals (where experience allows)
Progressing sales and lettings through to completion
Managing applicant databases and CRM systems
Working towards and exceeding branch KPIs
Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the property journey

About You
Previous estate agency experience within sales, lettings or both
Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
Target-driven with a passion for winning new business
Professional, well presented and customer focused
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Full UK Driving Licence essential
Own vehicle required
