An established and highly respected independent financial planning firm in Essex is seeking an IFA Administrator to join its growing team due to continued business expansion.

The Role
Working alongside a team of experienced administrators and advisers, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of outstanding client service across all aspects of financial planning administration.
Duties will include:
*Processing new business
*Preparing client documentation and valuations
*Liaising with providers and clients
*Managing client records and back-office systems
*Supporting advisers with ongoing client servicing
*General IFA administration duties
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
*Ideally 2 Years or more experience within an IFA, Wealth Management or Financial Planning environment
*Alternatively, experience within an insurance company or financial services administration role
*Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
*A proactive and positive approach
*A genuine interest in building a long-term career within financial planning

This firm actively promotes from within. Recent examples include a Paraplanner progressing into an Adviser role, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop into a Paraplanner within approximately two years, depending on experience and progression.
